These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the i1cuci platform, operated under the domain i1cuci.cam ("Platform", "Website", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you ("Player", "User", "you") agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety.
i1cuci provides online casino games, sports betting, live casino, live football wagering, lottery, and arcade gaming services to eligible players, principally targeting the Malaysian market. All services are offered in English with Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the primary account currency.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and i1cuci.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the i1cuci platform and close your account. Continued use constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Age Verification: i1cuci reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification. Accounts found to have been registered by players under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
Each Player may register and maintain one (1) account only on i1cuci. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to promptly update this information if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. i1cuci will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify i1cuci immediately via our live chat support channel.
i1cuci may require identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identification card (MyKad), passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
i1cuci accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated:
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for fiat methods and the equivalent of approximately MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits. i1cuci reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts with reasonable notice.
Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted and automatically converted to MYR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of confirmation. A 2% bonus (up to MYR 688 per qualifying deposit) is applied automatically to all cryptocurrency deposits. Players acknowledge that cryptocurrency values are volatile and accept the exchange rate applied at the time of crediting.
i1cuci does not impose processing fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers or banks are the responsibility of the Player. Deposits are credited upon confirmed receipt and successful processing. i1cuci is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. i1cuci reserves the right to reverse deposits received from unverified sources pending KYC confirmation.
Withdrawals of real-money balances are available subject to the following conditions:
To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have successfully completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, satisfied KYC requirements, and verified your identity with i1cuci. Withdrawals cannot be processed while any KYC documentation request remains outstanding.
i1cuci targets the following processing timeframes, measured from the point of withdrawal approval:

Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. i1cuci may require identity verification if a withdrawal is requested to a method that differs from the deposit method.
i1cuci offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral incentives, and the automatic 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless individual promotion terms specify otherwise:
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%).
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing contradictory wagers to hedge bonus risk, or engaging in any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. i1cuci reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where abuse is detected.
Unclaimed or inactive bonuses may expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the Player's account without notice. All bonus expiry times are displayed in Malaysia Time (MYT, UTC+8).
i1cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players found to be ineligible for a promotion will have any associated bonus funds removed. Promotions are intended for personal recreational use only.
All bets and wagers placed on i1cuci are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UFC, and all other available sports — are subject to i1cuci's Sports Betting Rules, which govern bet settlement, void conditions, postponed events, and in-play betting restrictions. Bets placed after the official start time of an event may be voided at i1cuci's discretion unless the Platform explicitly accepts in-play wagers for that market.
Live casino, slots, and arcade games are governed by the respective game rules provided within the Platform interface. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer processes, as applicable. i1cuci does not accept liability for losses arising from player misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during a game session, i1cuci reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. No liability for consequential losses arising from technical errors will be accepted.
i1cuci reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous (a "palpable error"), regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors will be subject to account restriction.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the i1cuci platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral to relevant authorities:
i1cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: a Player has breached these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; a Player has failed to complete required KYC verification; or a Player's continued access poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to i1cuci.
Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting i1cuci support via live chat. Accounts closed at a Player's request will have any real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC.
Upon account closure, all active bets will be settled according to the applicable rules, any pending bonuses will be forfeited, and access to the Platform will be terminated. Players who have requested self-exclusion will not be permitted to re-register for the duration of their self-exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from i1cuci. Unauthorised use of i1cuci intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i1cuci's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
i1cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if i1cuci has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
i1cuci does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Gambling involves risk. You may lose all funds deposited. Only gamble with amounts you can afford to lose. i1cuci accepts no liability for gambling losses suffered by Players using the Platform.
i1cuci collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
i1cuci implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data centres, and access-controlled infrastructure to protect your personal and financial information. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required to facilitate payment processing, comply with legal obligations, or deliver Platform services.

i1cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email to the registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the amendments take effect.
The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, will always be accessible on this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, i1cuci encourages Players to attempt informal resolution by contacting our support team in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration or through the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by i1cuci's legal advisors. Players may not bring class action or collective proceedings against i1cuci.
Nothing in this section shall limit i1cuci's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights or to address any other urgent legal matter.
