Deposit limits are one of the most effective tools for responsible gambling. Here's exactly how the system works on i1cuci, so you can make an informed decision about setting one.
Select daily (24 hours), weekly (7 days), or monthly (30 days) caps. Enter an amount in MYR — for example, RM100/day or RM500/week. There is no minimum limit amount.
Once confirmed, your deposit limit applies to your very next transaction. If your limit is RM100/day, you cannot deposit more than RM100 within any rolling 24-hour window — across all payment methods combined.
You can reduce your limit at any time and it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour review period — this cooling-off window is a deliberate player protection feature, not a technical limitation.
Your current limit balance and remaining allowance for the period are always visible in your account dashboard. You will receive an on-screen notification when you are approaching your limit threshold.
Rolling 24-hour cap on total deposits
Rolling 7-day cap on total deposits
Rolling 30-day cap on total deposits
Maximum net loss per period before play is paused
Deposit limits apply across all payment methods — Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency combined. You cannot bypass a limit by switching payment method.
i1cuci operates astrict 21-year minimum age requirement for all players, without exception. This applies regardless of the player's location, jurisdiction, or local minimum gambling age. If the local legal minimum age is lower than 21, i1cuci's 21+ standard still applies.
Age verification is carried out via our KYC process, which requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a MyKad, passport, or driving licence) confirming date of birth. Accounts cannot complete full verification without providing an acceptable identification document.
i1cuci reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including after account has been active. Any account found to be registered by an individual under 21 will be closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited. No exceptions will be made.
If you suspect that a person under 21 has access to your account, or is using your account credentials, please contact i1cuci support immediately. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
National ID card issued by Jabatan Pendaftaran Neg
